The system is based on two rings. Vehicles heading in towards Manchester in the morning (7am to 9.30am) or outwards, away from Manchester, in the evening (4pm to 6.30pm) would be charged. No other locations for charging are being considered. The downloadable maps show the locations of the two proposed rings.
