Bolton: School run
Currently 36 Yellow School Buses operate across Greater Manchester. The TIF package will bring 180 Yellow School Buses to the city region.
These will provide services across the charging rings where parents will otherwise drive children to school.
Allocating TIF funding to these areas will allow a roll out of an additional 170 school buses to other parts of the city-region through the next decade from other funding.
